Background
Prior to being bought by Intel, McAfee’s UK operations were spread between its head office in Slough and a technology centre of excellence at Target House in Aylesbury, re-opened after major refurbishment in November 2012 by Science Minister, David Willets. Both buildings were home to several hundred staff and fitted out to an extremely high standard, including state of the art staff welfare facilities.

The Ever Brite Service
Ever Brite had the privilege of working with McAfee from 2005. At each building, the company delivered daily office cleaning in addition to a full range of supplementary activities, which included reach and wash window cleaning, carpet cleaning, washroom products, deep cleaning of hygiene facilities and car park sweeping. This was supported by additional services to provide and replenish hand sanitisers and first aid packs.
At each location Ever Brite employed a site supervisor, full team of cleaners and a day janitor whose responsibility was to maintain a high state of cleanliness in the hygiene facilities throughout the working day.

Notwithstanding the specification, however, Ever Brite’s objective was to support McAfee to whatever degree was necessary and we were pleased, for example, to provide additional resource to complete the post-refurbishment deep clean at Target House.
