All our staff are fully trained on and off site, we pride ourselves in
our training programme to not only teach modern cleaning techniques but
respect for your building and diligences in securing it at the end of each
shift.
In order that a professional image may always be present and as an aid to your own security arrangements all our operatives are issued with tabards or sweat shirts bearing the Ever Brite Cleaning Services logo.
Supervision is on a daily basis with constant customer contact and monthly inspections carried out by our area managers all tailored to achieve total customer satisfaction.

Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning

Ever Brite Cleaning Services are able to offer their clients the benefit of two carpet cleaning systems, the new Texatherm System and Hot Water Extraction both of which have their place in carpet cleaning.
The Texatherm System is dry and your carpets are clean and back in use
30 minutes after we have left your building.
This system is specifically designed for the low profile carpets widely use in the office environment and works by the exothermic reaction created when applying a mixture of two solutions to the carpet (fig. 1) combined with a heated pad, this creates a capillary action which in turn causes the dirt and oil film that is bound to the fibres to wick to the surface where it can be absorbed by the cotton pads (fig. 2), this system can also be used in combination with the Hot Water Extraction system where hand cleaning and rinsing is required.
We offer a full range of carpet treatments to include, fluorocarbon carpet protector, anti-static treatments, flame retardants, carpet pesticide treatments and deodorisers, and we would be happy to survey your building without obligation.

Reach
& Wash
is the most Health & Safety conscious method of
cleaning exterior windows currently available for first floor
windows and above as it eliminates the need for ladders up to a height of 40 ft, and
with its own custom built vehicle and its own supply of pure water it is also a
very cost efficient system to you the customer.
Benefits are seen almost immediately as the framework of the building
is also cleaned with the windows and because pure water is used the
windows stay cleaner longer, canopies and awkward areas all become
accessible without the use of expensive hired machinery.

Floor Maintenance
Ever Brite Cleaning Services are able to offer a variety of floor maintenance programmes that include:
- Machine scrubbing of all hard surfaces floors (Vinyl, Terrazzo, Quarry)
- Waxing and burnishing of all wood flooring
- Machine scrubbing and rinsing of Altro and Vinyl
A full range of non-slip emulsion and wax polishes are available and we would be happy to give a free survey of your site and advise you of you best solution.

Telephone Sanitisation
Telephones are cleaned and sanitised weekly included within the
Office
Cleaning Service.
"Your
phone has been cleaned today" labels are available to all
our customers. The labels have an easy peel off backing which means
that your staff are assured of a clean phone without leaving a sticky
residue.

Computer & Keypad Cleaning
Our specialist team of computer cleaners are able to offer you three levels of service.
- Level one
- All exterior surfaces to include VDUs printers, processing units and keyboards
- Level two
- As level one but outer covers are removed and inner areas are vacuumed with anti-static brushes.
- Level three
- As level one and two plus a full electrical check of cables and earths to the portable appliances regulations.
Photocopiers, fans, faxes and franking machines are also included as level one.

We can provide a 3-step Urinal Hygiene Treatment Programme incorporating the Wizard Auto Sanitiser unit:
- Step 1
- Initial hygiene treatment - Full descaling of the entire area, surrounding tiles and step area - equivalent of a complete reconditioning of your urinal.

2 - Installation of the Wizard Auto Sanitiser - For flushwater treatment round the clock, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
