Ever Brite awarded Investors in People
15 August 2014
In June 2014 Ever Brite was absolutely delighted to be awarded the prestigious Investors in People accreditation. In order to achieve the award we had to submit all our procedures relating to staff welfare, training, HR management, staff communication and staff engagement to the accreditation body who then personally interviewed twenty of our staff, selected randomly from a list of contracts and locations around the company, in order to find out whether our procedures were fully understood.
Meir Itzinger, Ever Brite's Operations Manager said: "There was a fairly tense moment on June 28th when the call came through to confirm that we had passed.
Investors in People is the UK's leading accreditation for business improvement through people management, and provides a wealth of resources for businesses to innovate, improve and grow, with a focus on good people making great business.
Paul Devoy, Head of Investors in People, said: “Achieving the Investors in People standard is something that any organisation should be truly proud of. It is the sign of a company which is truly committed to good people management practice and we’d like to congratulate Ever Brite on their achievement.”
